Sizing & made to measure

Select your preferred size when the creation is added to your bag. If you choose “Made to measure,” we will contact you after the order to confirm measurements, fit and production timing before work begins.

For help before ordering, email us with the product name, your usual EU size and event date. We will guide you personally.

Orders & secure payment

Prices are shown in EUR. Checkout is provided securely through Snipcart and its configured payment provider. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are presented during checkout or confirmed before the order is processed.

Because many creations are handmade or limited, an order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly and no replacement will be made without your approval.

Production & delivery

Ready-to-wear and made-to-order creations may have different preparation times. The expected dispatch window is confirmed with your order. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes. Unless checkout states otherwise, these are determined by the destination authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns

Contact us as soon as possible at Laxmiitalianelegance@gmail.com if you need to request a return. Eligible items must be unworn, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Custom, altered or made-to-measure creations may be excluded from return where the law permits. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. We will confirm the return instructions and destination in writing before you send an item.

Garment care

Follow the care label supplied with the garment. Embroidery, sequins, feathers and delicate fabrics usually require specialist cleaning. Store the dress in its garment bag, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
